Rebeca Sanchez Sarmiento is an Operating Partner at Sixth Street Growth, where she works closely with portfolio company finance leaders to foster cross-collaboration and knowledge sharing, align strategic planning with value creation, scale teams, systems, and processes, and support exit readiness. 
 
Before joining Sixth Street in 2025, Rebeca served as Chief Financial Officer at three high-growth, PE-backed companies: Attom Data, a provider of real estate Data-as-a-Service solutions; InvestCloud, an international fintech known for its SaaS wealth management platform; and most recently, Dotmatics, a global leader in life science R&D software. Prior to those roles, she worked at Smart & Final as the head of FP&A and investor relations following a successful career as a sell-side equity research analyst at Citi and Deutsche Bank.
 
Rebeca holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2025, Eoghan was a Vice President at Marlin Equity Partners. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard. Eoghan earned a BA in Business and Economics from Trinity College Dublin.

Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2025, Mark began his career as an Analyst at Cascadia Capital in the Software M&A Group within the Investment Banking division. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentrations in finance and accounting from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.

Justin began his career at Sixth Street in 2025. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of South Florida.

Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2025, Sam worked at Macquarie Capital in the Software and Services practice within the Investment Banking division. He received a bachelor’s degree in data science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Reeves began his career at Sixth Street in 2025. He received a B.S. in Finance, summa cum laude, from Northeastern University.

Prior to Sixth Street, David was a Senior Associate at Summit Partners. Previously, David was an Analyst in the Private Equity Group at Goldman Sachs. David graduated summa cum laude from Boston University with a B.S. in Finance and Information Systems.

Prior to joining Sixth Street, Henry was a Managing Director at Astorg Partners on their software team. He started his career at Bain & Company in London, and holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath in the UK.

Mr. Kern is a Strategic Operating Partner at Sixth Street Growth, where he advises portfolio leadership teams on enterprise transformation, technology strategy, and scaling through complexity. Previously, he served as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Expedia Group from 2020 to 2024, where he led one of the most ambitious technology transformations in the travel industry—consolidating the company onto a single technology platform, unifying its data assets, and guiding the business through the COVID-19 pandemic before delivering record revenue and profitability in his final year.

Prior to Expedia, Mr. Kern served as Chief Executive Officer of Tribune Media, overseeing one of the largest television broadcasting portfolios in the United States, and subsequently as Senior Advisor to Univision, the largest Spanish-language media company in the United States. Earlier in his career, he served as Managing Partner of InterMedia Partners, a private equity firm focused on media, entertainment, and communications, and founded an M&A advisory firm focused on media and technology businesses. Through his family office, Mr. Kern also serves as Chairman and Owner of La Perla, the iconic Italian luxury lingerie brand founded in Bologna, which he acquired in 2025.

Mr. Kern holds a B.S. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mike focuses on growth investments in software/SaaS and technology companies. Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2022, Mike was a Principal at Level Equity focused on investing in software and technology businesses. Previously, he held positions at OFS Capital, Berkery, Noyes & Co, and KPMG. Mike graduated magna cum laude from the University of Delaware with a B.S. double major in Accounting and Finance.

Hugh Garrity is an Operating Partner at Sixth Street Growth, where he works closely with portfolio companies to build durable scale, strengthen operational capabilities, and unlock long-term enterprise value. He brings deep experience leading high-growth, global omni-channel business and driving transformation across supply chain, technology and strategy functions.

Before joining Sixth Street, Hugh served as Chief Operating Officer at Vuori, where he designed and implemented the operating model and global infrastructure that powered the company’s rise to a multi-billion-dollar brand and supported its rapid expansion. Prior to that, he was Head of Global Operations at YETI, where he led the reinvention of the company’s supply chain and operations into a best-in-class platform, enabling scalable growth, resiliency and improved customer experience.

Earlier in his career, Hugh held leadership roles at Bentoli, Flex and Applied Materials. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Mr. Chavez currently serves on the Board of Directors of Alphabet Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOGL). In addition, he serves on the fiduciary or advisory boards of Abacus.AI, Datavant, the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and Stanford Medicine. He previously served as President of the Board of Overseers of Harvard University.

Prior to joining Sixth Street, Mr. Chavez served in a variety of senior roles at Goldman Sachs, including Chief Information Officer, where he oversaw the firm's 9,000 engineers; Chief Financial Officer, and global co-head of the firm’s Securities (now Global Markets) Division. Mr. Chavez was also a partner and member of the Goldman Sachs Management Committee. Mr. Chavez was one of the first developers of SecDB, an early platform that transformed the trading business into a software business. He retired from the firm in 2019.

Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Chavez was the CEO and co-founder of Kiodex, and Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Quorum Software Systems.

He holds an A.B. magna cum laude in Biochemical Sciences and an S.M. in Computer Science from Harvard, and a Ph.D. in Medical Information Sciences from Stanford.

Peter MacDonald is a Senior Operating Advisor for Sixth Street. With close to 30 years of experience in the technology industry, Peter’s specialty is in driving go-to-market success through partnerships as well as structuring and implementing complex GTM and product commercial agreements.


Peter spent seven years at Snowflake serving as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships.  In that role, he managed the GTM and product partnerships with cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft, Google), leading GenAI companies such as OpenAI and Anthropic, enterprise application providers such as Salesforce, SAP and Workday, and Snowflake's AI Startup Program.  Peter also led Snowflake’s corporate business development function which helped form the partnerships strategy and negotiated custom partnership and product agreements. Prior to Snowflake, Peter spent 10 years in Microsoft’s corporate business development division, leading efforts for Microsoft’s search affiliate network, digital advertising, geospatial, mobile OEM, and other businesses. Peter also held senior positions at Yahoo!, Commerce One, Netscape, and BCG.


Peter holds an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and a BA from Dartmouth College.

Paul Dodd is a Go-to-Market, Operating Partner at Sixth Street focused on providing core expertise to organizations in order to maximize revenue generation and profitable growth.

Before joining Sixth Street, Paul served as Chief Growth Officer at SecureLink, SVP of Sales for Compeat Tech, Head of Sales for the GA360 Measurement Suite at Google, and previously served as Vice President of World Wide Sales at Adometry, a leading provider of multi-touch attribution & cross-channel intelligence, acquired by Google in 2014. Before Adometry, Paul served as Vice President of Sales for Retail at Bazaarvoice and as Chief Strategy & Global Sales Officers for Design Reactor/6Connex.

He holds an MBA from Baylor University-Hankamer School of Business, an M.A. in Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, and a B.A. in Accounting from Kent State University.

Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2021, Evelyn was an Investment Associate with SoftBank. Evelyn began her career as an Associate with Ernst & Young. Evelyn received a B.B.A. in Finance & Accounting and Mathematics from Emory University.

Carl Pascarella is a Senior Operating Advisor for Sixth Street. He serves as Board Member at LoanPro Software since March 2010. Pascarella served as Executive Advisor at TPG, a leading global private equity firm, and has served in that capacity since August 2005. Pascarella joined TPG after retiring in 2005 from Visa U.S.A., Inc., a financial services company, where he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer for 12 years. Pascarella also served as President and CEO of Visa International's Asia-Pacific Region and Director of the Asia-Pacific Regional Board. Prior to joining Visa International, Pascarella held positions as Vice President of the International Division of Crocker National Bank and Vice President, Metropolitan Banking, at Bankers Trust Company.

Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2024, Mia was an Investment Associate at Vista Equity Partners. She received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

Chris Perrotti is a Senior Operating Advisor for Sixth Street and Bay FC. His subject matter expertise focuses on digital transformation, go-to-market and back-office technology and process, core IT, strategy, change management, and culture. With over 20 years of experience, he has served as Chief of Staff and VP of Digital Workplace for LogMein, a 1B+ global SaaS vendor, through a period of significant revenue growth. He has led multiple CRM/ERP/HRIS implementations through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and start-ups. Perrotti has worked with some of the top global cybersecurity, AI software, and research companies including Formstack, Dataminr, Rapid7, Forrester Research, Notarize (now Proof).

As a member of the Chief of Staff Association, Perrotti has been interviewed and published in multiple publications and podcasts including The Ivy Podcast. He is also co-owner of Archery Close, a curated collection of emerging designers, trend setting styles, and cult brands in Stowe, Vermont. Perrotti holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Boston University.

Prior to joining Sixth Street as its Director of Tax in 2017, Lindsay was a Tax Partner with KPMG LLP. Ms. Farnsworth earned a B.B.A in Accounting and a B.B.A. in Business Management from Evangel University.

Dori Salisbury is a Senior Operating Advisor for Sixth Street. With over 30 years of leadership in SaaS, technology, and operations, she specializes in designing and scaling customer-centric organizations that consistently improve satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.

In her leadership roles at Searchspring and Compeat, Dori led global customer success, support, and professional services teams, driving transformative improvements in customer experience, satisfaction, and retention. Her focus on solution and service innovation, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment delivered measurable results—achieving industry-leading churn reduction, driving install base growth and consistently elevating the customer experience. Earlier in her career while at Newgistics, she built and scaled the company’s customer success organization from the ground up and guided the company through three successful acquisitions and an eventual exit. Her prior leadership roles at Lombardi Software, Lucent Technologies, and Ernst & Young further strengthened her expertise in enterprise process transformation and customer experience strategy for Fortune 500 clients across the telecom, logistics, and technology sectors.

Salisbury’s leadership philosophy centers on elevating the customer voice, building cross-functional alignment and creating cultures that obsess over customer outcomes. She has led organizations through mergers, integrations, and growth-stage scaling, consistently driving measurable results in customer satisfaction, retention, and operational excellence.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University.

Finn began his career at Sixth Street in 2023. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. in Finance and History.

Brad Stewart is a Private Equity Exec Chair and Senior Advisor. He specializes in technology, payments and B2B/B2C services with deep experience in strategy and talent transformation, restructuring, and M&A.

Currently, Stewart serves as Executive Chairman at Pushpay, as Senior Advisor at Sixth Street (and formerly TPG Capital) and as a board member at multiple publicly-traded and privately-held companies. Previously, Stewart was CEO at Fair Technologies, a fintech backed by SoftBank Group. He led Fair's pivot from car subscriptions (financing / insurance) to fully digitized transaction platform and subsequent sale to a strategic buyer. Prior to Fair, Stewart was Chairman & CEO at XOJet, the largest on-demand private jet services company in North America, backed by TPG Capital and Mubadala. He led XOJet’s turnaround, 4x revenue growth and eventual sale to a strategic buyer for a sector record price. Stewart formerly was Vice President at Parthenon Capital and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company.

Stewart received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BSB in Corporate Finance from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.

Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2023, Nikhil was a Vice President at PSG focused on investing in high-growth software businesses. Previously, he held positions at Palladium Equity Partners and RBC Capital Markets. Nikhil received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Duke University.

Sham Telang is a Senior Operating Advisor to Sixth Street and other private equity firms. Telang is also an independent board director for Logile, Inc. Telang has 25 years of executive leadership, board experience, P&L, product management, technology management expertise spanning a broad range of company sizes from start-up to large multi-billion-dollar global companies within a diverse industry segmentation including D2C, B2B, FinTech, LegalTech, High-Tech, Retail, Real Estate, and more.

Prior to becoming a full-time advisor, Telang was the CPTO at Perceptyx a PE backed company specializing in people listening analytics where he transitioned the company to a SaaS multi-product business. Prior to Perceptyx, Telang was the COO/CTO at LegalZoom (NASDQ:LZ) where he helped double the ARR from $192 million to $425 million in 6 years with FCF of $110 million. Part of the executive team that filed the confidential S1. Telang was also the global CITO for Experian, Plc (EXPN) where he helped scale it from $350 million to $1.2 billion in revenue across nine countries.

Telang holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunications and Master’s in Computer Science.

Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2024, Mr. Goodman was a Principal at WestCap. Mr. Goodman earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Lehigh University with the Highest Honors and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Prior to WestCap, Mr. Goodman was an Associate with Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. Mr. Goodman began his career as an Analyst with Morgan Stanley.

Kristi Turner is a Senior Operating Advisor for Sixth Street and was interim CMO of Bay FC, playing an essential role in building and launching the NWSL professional women’s soccer team in 2023. Her subject matter expertise focuses on go-to-market, strategy, brand, marketing, product design, customer operations, diversity, and culture. With over 30 years of experience, she has served as CMO for Restaurant365, Compeat, and HotSchedules (now Fourth) in the restaurant technology space where she was awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award for Top Women in Restaurant Technology as well as a Bronze Winner for promoting diversity at the 15th Annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business. She also served as SVP of Marketing for InComm, a global market leader in payments, prepaid, and gift card market as well as multiple leadership positions in high growth telecom, wireless, and technology companies from start-ups to multi-billion global companies, managing through mergers, acquisitions, and crisis management. Turner has worked with some of the top retail, telecom, financial, and sports brands including Target, Walmart, Apple, T-Mobile, AT&T, American Express, Visa, NFL, NHL, NWSL, and Senior PGA. Turner has been interviewed and published in 50-plus publications and podcasts including Forbes.

She is founder and CEO of Kaizen Consulting and a best-selling author of Rethink Everything, The Courage to Lead Differently. Turner holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Marketing/ Mass Communications and minor in Business from University of South Florida.

Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2023, Dylan worked at Guggenheim Partners in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Group within the Investment Banking division. He graduated from the University of Michigan in 2021, where he received his BBA from the Ross School of Business.

Ezra began his career at Sixth Street in 2025. He graduated from Cornell University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics and Management from the Dyson School.

Ben focuses on growth investments in the software/SaaS space as well as the intersection of software & payments. He led or co-led the firm’s investments into Gainsight, Lucidworks, Bloomreach, Emplifi, Sprinklr, Contentsquare, Guesty, Servicechannel, Heap, and Stayntouch, and was actively involved in the firm’s investment in Airbnb.

Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2018, Ben was a Vice President with Battery Ventures focused on venture capital & growth equity investments in the internet and software space. Previously, he was a Senior Equity Research Associate at Rutberg & Company and holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Chemistry from Duke University.

Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2018, Alex worked as an Associate at General Atlantic and Abry Partners. He started his career as an Investment Analyst in the Private Equity Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. He graduated summa cum laude from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public & International Affairs at Princeton University.

Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2016, Bill was an Assistant Vice President with Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Bill graduated summa cum laude from the University of New Hampshire with a B.S. in Economics.

Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2022, Susie was a Senior Associate for Neuberger Berman in its Private Equity group. She began her career at BNP Paribas as an Investment Banking Analyst. Susie earned a BSE in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2022, Max was an Analyst at Lazard in the Technology M&A Group within the Investment Banking division. He began his career at Israel Growth Partners. He earned his BBA and BA from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.

Mike is a Partner of Sixth Street and Co-Head of Sixth Street Growth. Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2018, Mike was a Managing Director in AmSSG at Goldman Sachs, which he joined in 2004. From 2013 through 2018, he was co-head of PCI, AmSSG’s preferred equity, growth capital business. Prior to co-heading PCI, Mike worked in AmSSG’s Multi-Strategy Investing Group and Specialty Lending Group. Before joining AmSSG in 2006, he worked in Goldman Sachs Global Investment Research Division. Mike received a B.B.A. in Finance and Business Economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 2002.

Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2022, Chris was a Senior Associate at Peak Rock Capital. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays. Chris earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Princeton University.

Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2020, Eric worked in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley. He graduated from Northeastern University with an M.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Business Administration.

Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2023, Shilpa was an Associate for District Capital Partners. Prior to District Capital Partners, Shilpa worked in the Corporate Finance division of KPMG. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Mary Washington.

Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2022, Piper was a recruitment specialist with Roark Capital. She began her career with Boston Consulting Group. Piper received degrees in Psychology and Business Administration, Operations and Supply Chain Management from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Mr. Stanley is a Partner of Sixth Street, Co-Head of Direct Lending, and Co-Head of Sixth Street Growth, which is the firm’s platform for providing customized, non-control private capital for growth-oriented companies. Mr. Stanley focuses on originating transactions in the software, payment systems, data infrastructure and business services sectors. Representative portfolio companies include AvidXchange, Kaseya, Lucidworks, PayScale and SmartDrive. Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2011, Mr. Stanley was with Wells Fargo Capital Finance, where he served in multiple roles providing specialized financing to companies throughout the U.S. and Canada. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Maine.

Jeffrey Stone leads Sixth Street’s team focused on providing strategic growth advice to management teams and founders. Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2022, Mr. Stone led four sponsor-backed companies as CEO: Arrowstream, a leader in supply chain software solutions for multi-unit restaurants; Compeat, a provider of restaurant management software; MarketTools, a provider of software and services for market research and enterprise feedback management; and Tiburon, a leader in public safety and security software. Prior to those roles, he worked at Morgan Stanley and GE, and he began his career as an initial member of two IdeaLab Ventures companies, KornFerry Futurestep and Citysearch. He has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire.

Alan Waxman is Co-Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Sixth Street.

Founded in 2009, Sixth Street manages $130 billion in assets under management^* with over 750 team members including more than 300 investment professionals around the world. Sixth Street uses its long-term flexible capital, data-enabled capabilities, and One Team culture to develop themes and offer solutions to companies across all stages of growth.

Prior to co-founding Sixth Street, Mr. Waxman was a Partner at Goldman Sachs and Chief Investment Officer of its largest proprietary investing business. Sixth Street continues an investment philosophy Mr. Waxman and Sixth Street’s founding partner group began developing over 20 years ago while building complementary businesses to invest Goldman’s capital in public and private markets across the capital structure in companies, assets, and idiosyncratic opportunities. At Goldman, Mr. Waxman founded and led private capital investing franchises in growth capital solutions, direct lending, and alternative energy infrastructure, among others, as well as in public markets multi-strategy investing. He began his career at Goldman Sachs in 1998.

Mr. Waxman is a Founding LP and Strategic Advisor to Westbound Equity Partners, an early stage investment platform deploying financial and social capital to underrepresented founders of color. Mr. Waxman and other Sixth Street team members began advising Westbound Equity Partners leadership on the firm’s formation in 2018 and Sixth Street is a Founding Strategic Partner.

Mr. Waxman is co-chair of Bay FC, the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) franchise representing the San Francisco Bay Area and serves on the NWSL’s Board of Governors.

Mr. Waxman holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania and currently serves on the Board of Overseers for the University of Pennsylvania College of Arts and Sciences. He is a Board Member Emeritus for Tipping Point Community and serves on the Advisory Council for the Boys and Girls Club of the Peninsula, which are both focused on fighting poverty and inequality of opportunity in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2023, Edward was an Analyst at Lazard in the Technology M&A Group within the Investment Banking division. Prior to Lazard, Edward worked in the Technology Investment Banking division of JMP Securities and the Transaction Services division of Deloitte. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Statistics from University of California, Berkeley

Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2022, Claire was a Vice President in the financial technology practice at Goldman Sachs. Claire received an MBA with high honors from the Booth School of Business at University of Chicago, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
